I've been married 15 years and NEVER used birth control. We do have three lovely girlies, but the first one came after we had been married 5 years. The second one came two years later. THEN, we went 8 more years and just now finally had another one.
Throughout the past 8 years, I have had very irregular periods. Finally, my doctor did a thyroid test on me and I found out I am Hypothyroid. For the past couple of years I've been on thyroid replacement therapy, and when my thyroid levels finally got right, I got pregnant! Try advising your aunt to get her thyroid checked. (Depression, irregular periods, miscarriage, and depression are all symptoms of hypothyroid disease)
Other than that, I'd tell her to have sex A LOT. That's the only other advice I can give. Good luck to her!

Some people just can't get pregnant.
BUT:
She can go to the doctor and he can give her medication to make her periods regular. Sometimes a doctor will want a women to go on birth control pills to make her have a regular period for a few months and then go off the pill and try to get pregnant.
That is something you should let her know about.
The easiest time/best time to get pregnant is to have sex a week before your period is suppose to start and the week after your period. That is really hard when you have irregular periods though.

Has she tried taking anything to help her body become more susceptable to getting pregnant? I used Ovulex and got pregnant the following month. Have her check out there website. www.yourfertilitychoice.com. Also tell her not to stress so much. That can kill her chances. Ovulex should increase her chances of conception by giving her stronger vaginal mucus to hold the sperm better. Good Luck.

I agree with Julie i had 2 problems... i tried for a year and a half. I had to have a surgery to remove 2 tumors i had on my uterus BUT i also had a low thyroid and the Doc ultimately said that is why i could not get pregnant. Not the tumors... So please have her get her thyroid #'s checked and the number has to be BELOW a #1...

i'm going to supply you the gist of it, because of the fact technicalities ought to get relatively long. We launch one egg (or 2 -- hazard of twins if conceived) each era. no count how plenty we bleed. we are born with like 3 hundred 000 eggs to apply, and we can in basic terms use approximately 500 of those eggs (if we menstruate as quickly as a 300 and sixty 5 days for extra or less 50 years, which will desire to be approximately suitable) So interior the tip, does not count how plenty you bleed, you in basic terms launch one or on the main, 2 eggs each era.
