I like the name Madison and my grandmothers name is Mary so what do you think about ~Madison Merri~

Aww that is too cute! I love that name! It's a name picked out for an adorable cute baby! I was in the same boat, if I have a girl I am going to name her LaNell RayLynn.....LaNell was my grandmother who had passed away because of a car accident. So I thought what better way to remember my wonderful grandmother than to name what would of been her 1st great grandbaby after her! The name is cute! Love love love it! I don't think I would change the spelling if you are naming her after your grandmother. I like Mary Madison better than Madison Mary.

I like Madison Merri because it's not as old fashioned as Mary but its still a nice tribute

Beautiful! I like the variation of the vowels also. Instead of two Ma's (Madison Mary) together having a Ma and a Me; however, if you really wish for your daughter to have your grandmother's "true" name, you'd name and spell it the same as your grandmother. I, too, did this with my daughter. Good Luck!

I think it's cute, but I'm not sure about the double M's as initials...have you thought about having 2 middle names....like Madison Kennedy Merri....it breaks up the double M, but still has a nice flow!

I LOVE MADISON!!! Madison Merri is great. Would grandma get offended if you spelled it differnetly? Of course, you want to honor her but don't let her influence what you name your child
