Yes they are pagans and many people have this as their religion.Witches are very open about their believes these days.

Yes and here in UK the descendants of the last witch to have been tried and convicted for witch-craft are seeking a pardon for her in the courts.

For a Witches Sabbath, you'll need some candles and at least 13 people. Not sure what happens after that except everyone gets naked and drunk or something.
