I'm assuming by your remark that you are not from the United Kingdom, so when you said English you meant the entire UK as so many misguided foreigners do, forgetting that there is also Scotland/Wales & Northern Ireland here.
As a Scotsman.....Yes, I find Latin women gorgeous & hot. My wife is Brasilian & I have no complaints.

As an English speaking man I find Latin women attractive once you get the excess body hair off of them. I start with a weed whacker and can knock down most of the heavy growth using this tool. (The real nasty ones require a soaking in lighter fluid and some quick work with a propane torch and wet towel.
Once the heavy matted hair is removed you will find a finer softer layer of hair, usually not as dark in colour as the overgrowth.
I use a razor (or several) to get rid of this stuff and then a final rubdown with Nair or a similar chemical to get rid of the stubble. Now you get to see the Latin woman as few of her countrymen have ever seen. Some of these women are trainable in basic hygene and can repeat the dehairing process themselves. Just my experience......thanks for asking.
