I think that Queens Bohemian Rhapsody is the greatest song of the Rock Era (I didn't say greatest Rock song). Does anyone agree or if not any suggestions which song you think is the greatest

hrmmmm Bohemian Rhapsody and Killer Queen r Queen's best. in my opinion. isn't it amazing what music knowledge a 13 year old can have? lol yeah i think that Queen had(still do) some of the best rock songs.

I would say no. Beethoven's fifth is known for the opening motive from the first movement, a simple melody that most people know. I am not sure if there is a particular motive that is as familar from the great Queen song. I would probably say a better comparison could be made with a Beatles song, or something Elvis recorded. You should do a study on it. Burn several short musical examples onto a cd including various styles. Then play them for people of all ages and see what songs they recognize. It sounds like a fun study.
