The Pink Princess actually give birth to Demon Spawn? TPTB would never let that happen.
It's not even her fault she got pregnant in the first place. Chloe made her do it! And she'd never marry Lex of her own freewill or anything. She is just that good and pure. (Even though she was only with Lex in the first place to get back at Clark.)
Not that the baby's really dead, either. But she didn't actually give birth to it, so it doesn't count.
PS- Did you know Lana has her own meteor power? It's sucking the souls out of men and making them not only boring, but stupid. She did it with Whitney, Adam, Jason, Clark, and now Lex.

yes thats that i thought too. and lex burned the picture of the fetus so lana was definitely pregnant. he just used her as a vessel for some mutant-baby experiment and he had to "retrieve" the product. and the doctor was shady too. lex luthor is the best villian out there! the show is so ridiculous but lol its still good.

I think that Lex had the doctor take it thinking it wasn't his that it was Clarks and is going to do some experiements on it.
