It would continue at the speed of light along with you, so it would appear as if it were at rest.
It's the Principle of the Constancy of Lightspeed : the speed of light (and other electromagnetic radation) in an empty space is the same for all non accelerated observers, regurdless of motion if the light source or the observer.

This means that you would have to be in a vacuum of sorts such as outer space for this to occur, and since you are going the speed of light you have a constant velocity so you are not accelerating. But if you were going to do this outside if a vacuum i don't know what wouold happen but i would predict that it would be the same since the speed if light is a constant speed ( 3.0 x 10 ^8 m/s.)

But you can't actually travel at the speed of light because of the way that mass would increase and your length would contract. But you can travel slightly under it, and in that case it will appear to move at the same speed it does if you are standing still.

The light will go at the speed of light relative to the speed of the vehicle. So that would be the speed of light X2 relative to an observer.

You'll see nothing. By right, light-speed vehicle don't have any headlight, they use radar.

It would move away from you at a rate of 3.0 *10^8 m/s, or 2C.

As seen from inside the vehicle? You won't be able to see.
As seen from outside - nobody'll be able to see you anyway.
