make sure the moon is full and you have lit 12 candles, burn incense frankincense and myrrh everyone join hands in an unbroken chain. then say the Our Father Prayer, then you say, from the east where knowledge comes and from the west where the sunsets. i beseech the spirits of the heavens to call, insert name, to come as the winds of the north and the south to this meeting we have gathered together for insert name sake. And as i wish so mote it be. you do say this three times with your eyes closed. then the 2 people that will work the board place their finger tips on the planchette and wait. if there is no response after 15 minutes take a break and after the break you do the same thing only this time you ask the spirits below 3 times, usually you will get a response.
after you're done everyone join hands again say the Hail Mary and state that you wish the spirit to go back from whence it came 3 times.

first, if you bought the thing from a thrift store, and the box was already open, do not use it, throw it away. By the way it's Ouija...not how ever you were spelling it. All you have to do is place the planchett and lightly place your fingers on the plancett, ask questions to the spirits in the room it will move on it's own. spirits spell things wrong, like when questioned, "are you here?" they may respond "Yes" or they may try and spell something. spirits can also be tricksters, and tell you they are someone they are not, beware, you don't want a spirit that is trapped in someone else's board.
