Women can get all sorts of strange bumps and growths in, on and around their genitalia. Could it be an ingrown hair? I had a bump that was explained by doctor as the result of friction from my pad. Painful and annoying and nothing to worry about. Then again it could be something sexually transmitted. The HPV virus that causes warts is easily transferred even if you don't have sex. Next you go to the doctor ask her.

the girl below me is right and you should ask a doctor because people can give you wrong information on here and it probably isnt something bad.

Yes, it's possible to get cysts there during your period; especially when you wear pads.
I have gotten them before.

It will go away on its own. Just keep it clean to make sure it doesn't get infected.
