I actually have an upcoming interview this Monday. It is for 3 scholarships. I want to look my age ( 16 ) but I would also like to look presentable. Can anyone give me a list of stores or some clothes that would look nice? I don't want to look too professional but I also do not want to look too casual.

Don't be afraid to dress up! In this situations you are dressing for the occasion.
When I was younger I thought I should be judged only on who I was. But over time I realized that most people (including me!) will make judgments base on how you look. And in a interview a bad first impression can really change the entire meeting.
Any major store such as Macy's will have nice pants, button shirt, sport coats and ties (yes a tie!). And shoes too. No T shirts, jeans or sneakers - or hat.

I recommend that you go to Macy's. They have an excellent selection. I also recommend that you go conservative. Since you are younger many people will be expecting you to have a young look, however, take the initiative to wow them. Purchase a nice, age appropriate pant suit... perhaps something in a nice tan or lighter color for Spring. Pair with a nice coordinating top and heels. Minimal jewelry.
Wear your hair in a conservative look... if it is long enough, an updo would be very appropriate.
If you choose to wear a dress or skirt, I would recommend something that comes below the knee. Personally, since I have been on scholarship committee's myself, I look for a nice, well put together look and I think an actual dress would look best. There are some excellent joices at places like Banana Republic and often times, you'll find something that you can even wear for a night out....

Try Loft Ann Taylor, if it'll fit you. Its in most malls. Also, Banana Republic and probably some stuff in Macy's. Even Old Navy has some nice clothes.

Wear black dress pants an any nice top...make sure the top is not too low cut or too old lady like...also if it is cold wear a stylish trench coat or a short jacket..good luck

Nice dress pants and top,but with bright fun colors. Not too bright though. Have one trendy piece like your top or a piece of jewelry.

button up shirt , not a t-shirt
shoes , not sneakers.
It may be a mistake to go too upmarket with clothes , you want to look neat and presentable
