get a pre fabricated cabinet/counter from home depot.it has step by step instructions to put it together.you will need a screw driver,and possibly wood glue for the dowels.get the sink there too.the sink will come in a box that has a cut-out diagram you lay over the counter top.trace it out,then drill a hole in the section you need to remove to accomodate the sink.use the hole you drilled to insert jig saw or reciprocating saw blade to cut out the opening.put plumbers putty around the underside rim of the sink and drop it in.i dont know if you have copper or plastic plumbing so youre on your own from there.id suggest you hire a cheap handyman because the plumbing is very simple,once you know how.get your moneys worth by having him teach you as he goes,and you can do it yourself next time.

plumbing and cabinetry knowledge is helpful
so is patience
on a scale of 1-> 10?
depends how knowledgeable and handy the person is
talk to the experts in a DIY ( do it yourself) store like Lowes or Home Depot for helpful instructions

Its pretty much a remove and replace operation... not all that difficult.. just remember to turn off your supply lines first... (under the sink LOL)
