I M NOT pregnant but i havent had a period in three months and starting to get worried?

I'm not sure about your age, but generally speaking if you have a period that comes regularly and then stops for three months it is not considered normal. It doesn't necessarily mean something dire is wrong, but you should go to your doctor to see why. The doctor can do blood work to make sure hormone levels, etc. are normal, and also ask health questions to figure out what's going on. Good luck!!!

There are so many reasons why a period can stop that the best thing to do is talk to a doctor. Better to be safe than sorry.

Do you have an eating disorder? or are you really sporty?Are you exceptionally stressed? There are various reasons.. There may even be something physically wrong..
You should really see your doctor about it

Well, if you are a teen , this is normal , they get regular as you get older.
Or if u are going thru menopause, this is normal also
