this one is easy... flirters don't even really try... they are just naturals. I suppose that you need to be a real horn-dog... attracted to almost anything that moves, or at least attracted to the idea that someone will find you attractive.

what kind of question is this? if a a guy came up to me i wouldn't want him to use some corny pickup line like"Girl did it hurt when you fell from heaven" or some crap like that...just be yourself and if a the person can't accept you for you then move along

See rather than flirting them, go and help them when they are in real trouble. make ur presence felt every moment. always comfort them with ur sweet words. say them that they r the best . just make them think that ur crazy about them. Care them like babes. they will be urs fore-ever
