My gf and a few of her coworkers are going on a work related conference for 4 days. She was supposed to room with another woman, but then one day before the trip the other woman cannot make it and the room got cancelled.
Since the conference hotel was fully booked, my gf has two options:
(a) get a room at another hotel, which is 10 min walking distance,
(b) room with a male coworker,
She opted for (b) but then I voiced my objection and she changed her mind. My question is, was I overreacting?

Added detail:
My gf said there's nothing between them, and she has known him and his wife for years etc.
I don't think she's gonna cheat on me, but still it puts me in an awkward situation. So, was I overreacting to object to that.

about the cancelled room, actually I didn't write the whole story because it's too long, but the cancellation is not a made up. Thanks to those who replied.

Your objections are understandble and appropriate and quite normal. I myself would have said no way to such an arrangement. But one must consider this, though it might not be much comfort, it is still truth...not sharing a room with her co-worker is still no guarantee that nothing is going to happen with them...i'd like to say some things about trust, but the longer i live the less i trust people

She can room with whoever she wants, she isnt married to you. Also, she will behave the same way after you are married. If you rub 2 sticks together long enough, you WILL get a fire, and she and the co worker are rubbing sticks.
