How can I know how many weeks I may possibly be?

I got my period around the 14 or 15 of January and then I got it again on February 14th and this time it lasted two days and a half, the first day was pretty heavy. Before that I was not feeling very well and had cramps but I assume it was because I was getting it soon. By March around the same time I went to the doctor because I had abdominal pain and was light headed and no period in sight. I found out I am pregnant on tuesday. How far along would I be? Is it possible that i could have been pregnant before the 14th of february or could I have mistaken the period for just implantation bleeding? Also would it be possible to know how far along I am? I have to wait a week to find out.

You can bleed even when your pregnant so it is possible you could have been pregnant before Feb. 14. You OB will probably do an internal ultrasound soon since you do not know when it happened and that will tell you how far your alone. I'm a mother of four, been there done that.

you may have .....

I know with my son it was weird. I had my LMP july 31st and then again on the 28th of august (or so i thought) ended up i was 2 or 3 weeks pregnant then.

So its very possible .. the supposed period i had to felt like my insides were being ripped out. I thought I had another ovarian cyst rupture. Little did i know i was pregnant. Good luck. Your either a few weeks or a month 1/2???

You probably conceived around the 27th February, more than likely so work it out from there.

You obviously will definatly know when your doc tells you.
