a poormans patent.(Do this by placing all drawings and diagrams and research materials and data into a big envelope and mail it to yourself via US postal service; send it
to where you must sign for it and once you have it done, put this in a very safe and secure place"DO NOT OPEN"; The U.S. Postal Service Dates and Stamps all Mail, and this proves it is your original design and wil protect you to some degree). This is better than nothing at all.
