I'm only 16 and one of my breasts is SIGNIFIGANTLY larger than the other. I'm a D cup, so it's already difficult to find bras that fit well. Also, certain shirts really show the size difference, and during the summer, wearing swimwear is my worst nightmare. Is there anything I can do? This really affects me mentally--sometimes to the point where I break plans because I can't up my confidence enough to walk out of the front door. Some people say they can't see it, but I can feel it and see it in the way my bras and clothes fit.

My mom is like this. She wears minimizing bras to flatten the bigger breast down to the size of the other one. And she also complains of being self-conscious about it, but it's true that no one else notices.
You just have to become confident in yourself. Accept this difference and decide that it makes you unique and beautiful.

It's quite common, when you're young for one breast to be bigger than the other. Can you wear loose fitting tops and cotton shirts, rather than close fitting clothes. This will likely even out in time.
For swimwear, wear a loose-fitting top over your bathing suit as well. Noone is perfect - physically or emotionally or in any other way. So try to be gentle with you. And accept yourself just as you are. Special and unique. you are YOU!

Nothing unusual about that at all. Especially at 16. Buy your bra to fit the larger one and get a "chicken fillet" to put in the cup under the smaller one.

Well a simple non invasive solution would be to go to most any store that has an intimates section and buy what look like silicone breast implants. The difference is they go inside your bra, and make your breasts or in your case breast look bigger. They really do make a significant difference! Good luck!

This is actually very common and happens to most women. You probably think it is worse than it really is. I don't know what you could do while swimming but other times you could try to stuff your bra on the side that is smaller to make it appear that both are the same size.

it is one of those things that only you can notice, you are too young to worry about it, the first thing you have to do is to built some confidence and probaby use some fill for your other bra, if with the time it doesn´t fix by it self you can always have plastic surgery, for now stop the worries, anybody have the perfect body but to be happy all you have to do is to learn to be happy with the one you have

You're normal. Nobody is symmetrical.
I have always been bigger on one side than the other.
You're 16, they will grow and stabilize a bit when you're an adult.
Nobody notices. Be proud.
Your boobs are the last thing you should worry about.

i think every woman has one that is bigger than the other. if it is really noticeable, there are solutions for that as well. i had a friend who had one c-cup and one d-cup. she was able to get a prosthetic (insert) for the smaller cupped side. you could not even tell that it was there.

Hopefully they will even out a bit as you mature. Women's breast are not symetrical - one is always a bit larger than the other.
