Welcome to the world of womanhood!! Here is what you need to do - buy some sports bras, make sure that your chest is held tightly to your body. You can even use an ace bandage to wrap around your chest - if it's not too uncomfortable. The more support that you have the better. As pretty as they are, stay away from the frilly bras for the time being.

My breasts hurt like that off and on when I first started developing. I guess you could call it growing pains. If you only get sore right before or during your period, then it's just a symptom of your period. Otherwise, it's growing pains.

It is totally normal...it will happen for a while constantly. But...after you get into the swing of having a period you get tender breast normally around your period. Sometimes like messaging will help.

the best advice i can give you is don't run up and down stairs.
Also taking midol really helped me and a really good padded bra will usually help support them. Good thing is, it will go away in time. it might take a while but don't fret.

welcome to woman-hood sweetie. i've had my period for 26 years now and have suffered with tender breasts almost every single month for all of those years.
sometimes symptoms will change as you age and your hormone levels change but don't get your hopes up. try midol or ibuprofen to ease the pain. after a while you will probably just get used to it.

don't worry, this is quite normal. now, if there's any observable swollenness or change of color of your breasts, or if you feel anything lumpy inside, that's when you should ask your mom and doctor, cuz although many lumps are innocuous (not harmful, they're just there), others are really serious indications, so to be sure, get a mammograph.

its the hormonal change in your body=once your system gets straightened out you should only have tenderness just before the period starts

Any pain reliever will help but you should also cut back on your caffiene intake.
