i had this happen before but think about it. Break a boy's heart or break a best friend's heart? Which would you choose?

Do you really want to date a guy who would do that to your best friend? Forget about him! You would be a horrible friend as well if you started dating him. The #1 rule you should have is "Never date your friend's ex-boyfriends/boyfriends." That's probably why I've had the same bestfriends since high school. Hope this helps you make your decision!

You can't help liking the guy, but you're not a friend if you act on it. He's not a very good guy either, if he's willing to come on to you while he's going out with her. If she couldn't trust him, could you? Is it worth losing the friendship for a guy you can't trust?
The noble thing to do.... and the smartest.... is stay away from this guy and don't leave yourself in a situation where he can come on to you. If he does, tell him that you're a loyal person and wouldn't do your friend that way. Don't get into a long discussion about it with him. That just prolongs things. Flat out "no" and keep going. You'll feel better about yourself.

Wow, I'm not sure that you should consider this guy. I mean, he doesn't even have the decency to remain faithful to your friend. How much do you like him? I mean, would you marry him? If you're not that serious about him or you don't think that he's that serious about you, you should tell your friend what's up now. You owe it to her...unless she's not really your friend. You should tell her to dump this guy and move on because he's trying to cheat on her. Just make sure that you don't start dating him after your best friend has dumped him. That would be so treacherous! Stay away from this unfaithful guy. He obviously doesn't respect you or he'd politely break up with your friend and take you out on a date!

Don't do it! For the sake of your friendship, do not mess with her boyfriend. Even if he says he likes you. Don't let him hold your hand or kiss you. Just think of how mean that is to do to your friend and what it would feel like if she did something like that to you. Boyfriends come and go but friends are forever!

Sorry to break this to you sweetheart, but he's already taken. How could you like your best friend's boyfriend? Is it worth all the drama and heartache just because you like him and he likes you?! Think about it. Drop your feelings for him RIGHT NOW because the last thing that you want right now is to hurt your best friend, her boyfriend, and yourself. What goes around comes around, and you should be the kind of best friend that your friend can trust. There are plenty of fish in the sea. I hope my advice helps you. Good luck.

I know you like him but your best friend is WAAAAY more important than this guy. Guys come and go but gal pals are forever. If it ends up not working between you two then you lose them BOTH. Your best friend will also feel betrayed and you will seriously hurt her. The best thing to do is forget him (I know it's hard) because there are plenty of other guys out there. Also if he is doing this to her he could do it to you.....please think of your best friend. Good luck!!

You're asking for help, I can only give you advice: don't do it! A best friend is much more valuable than a boyfriend, you may not think this way now, but one day you will realize how important friendships are, especially long term friendships. Leave him and her alone!

DON'T GO THERE. been there, done that....girlfriends are soooooooo important for so many reasons. the pain is not worth it ... and you should be telling him to back off or you'll tell her. really, really... if you did hook up with him the outcome would be BAD. look at the big pitcure and imagine her heart breaking. there's plenty of fish in thew sea. go fish somewhere else, so you never have to feel like an ******** !

If this guy is cheating on your bf, what will he do if you guys go together? Will he do the same to you? Confess to your friend. If she is really your best friend she deseves better than a lying boyfriend and a faulty best friend.
