feels like a Clematis Vine to me. There are quite a few types.... some bloom in spring, some bloom in autumn. some have medium large purple blooms, others have small white flora and a few have blooms like the only on your %. do slightly analyze on Clematis flowering vines and notice what you arise with.

I believe that is an Osteospermum
specifically Osteospermum tradewinds in light purple

There's a good chance it's a Gerbera.
