The Rock or Stone Cold
Both of these superstars have been exceptionally awesome on the mic skills. Many superstars can wrestle but don't have mic skills a lot of importance, but these two definitely have great mic skills and they are both amazingly fan favorites.
Also the both of them can wrestle great. Stone Cold with his mic and wrestling skills brought the WWE back to the surface through their dark ages and he can also wrestle great, being a multiple time WWE champion. The Rock is great too being a 7-time WWE champion. Out of the two, my best pick would have to be The Rock though.

The WHOLE deal...simplicty at its finest. The BEST would be Ric Flair hands down. Many other wrestlers are better talkers, more well trained in amateur wrestling or other forms of unarmed combat. However when putting "the whole deal" together, the closest to perfection thats been in ANY wrestling ring is The Nature Boy Ric Flair. Happy to debate ANYONE on this. contact me.

Bret Hart. Only he could do a technical masterpiece match at a Wrestlemania and then follow it up the very next year with a brillant street fight submission match. In the ring, untouchable. On the mic, above average. Never had to resort to cursing (not that he never cursed, he did, but it wasn't his main plan of attack) or cheap pop/heat gimmicks to garner any response. Bret was and is the greatest of all time.

Hulk Hogan and Jessie Ventura were carbon copies of Superstar Billy Graham. Graham gave great interviews, he got the fans to start calling Bob Backlund "Howdy Doody". He was a heel, and he had the longest consecutive title reign by a heel in WWE/WWF history. He didn't get a lot of credit because he was a heel, but Hogan himself once said if there was no Billy Graham, there would have been no Hulk Hogan.
