What is something stragne your parents embarrased you about or done that you would consider un-natural...?

...while growing up?

Mine got on this religious kick once and got rid of the TV for over a year and a half. Something about too much violence and bad things to watch. Now they are somewhat normal and even have satellite TV. I think the world is a lot worse now a days. Their movie collection is bigger than mine.

Was/is your parents as strange as mine?

My Grandmother got me "practical gifts" afew years ago for christmas. It consisted of Lock De-icer and a window scraper.. That year she also wrapped christmas lights around a treadmill for a tree..

Ugh my mother is the one who embarasses me, my father knows not to do that, lol.

Um she tells everyone that one time I wanted to take lunch to school and I never told her about it and all I ended up taking was bread, lol. I dont remember it tho cause that was when I was in kindergarden.

And she also tells people when I was 2 years old...
whenever I would bump into a wall, I would apologize to it and wait till I thought they forgave me, lol. I SWEAR I DONT REMEMBER ANY OF THIS so I think her and my sisters just say these things to make me embarassed, there mean, lol.

I THINK BUMPING INTO WALLS AND APOLOGIZING IS THE UN-NATURAL PART :-(

Nothing really strange, my my dad was a REALLY bad alcoholic, that used to embarrass the he** out of me. Couldn't bring friends or dates home...bad

They showed home movies of me naked at age 3 to the whole family

My dad slept with the babysitter and my mom had dreams of owning a doublewide. No joke. My dad married the babysitter (who divorced him) and my mom has her doublewide.
