I had an abortion on June 2006 then got on the depo shot, After that My period came in october 2006 and lasted 2 months (until Nov 30th). Then I had my period In Jan.15th 2007 which lasted only four days and I still dont get my [period and am not pregnant....I want to conceive!!! Please help Me!!

And yah everyone is judging me for having an abortion but am not teh first one in america to have one either way was the best decision I made after It was told to me and my bf that our baby was not going to be normal due to differnt reasons.....

I agree with the first answerer. Slow done, let your cycle get back to normal, then try to conceive. When your cycle is normal buy an ovulation predictor kit that will help you.
Also, next time don't mention the abortion. You are only going to get more bashing than actual help from people on here.
Don't worry I am not judging you, I don't even know you.

I know when I tried the depo shot right after I had my son in 2005 it screwed up my hormones so much I'm still having trouble. I would go to your OBGYN, they might put you on the pill just to get your hormones right, if that's what is wrong. Since you had an abortion then you may have complications from that such as scaring, again the OBGYN is the person you need to see.

hi i had an abortion a while ago and after that it took me 5 years to get pregnant it was the worst time of my life i dont want to depress you by saying this but you may very well have to be patient because some times the body takes tiome to heal i had the depo shot to and i hated it i had a similar experience to you with that but my advice dont give up be patient i no its hard and try not obsessing over it to much because the minute i stopped obsessing i got pregnant out of the blue good luck

I'm sorry to hear that your first pregnancy was complicated (that the baby would not have been normal). I'm not sure why you are not pregnant now but I want to wish you all the best and hope you are able to conceive and have a healthy happy baby.

If you had an abortion less than a year ago why in hell are you trying to get pregnant now. If you weren't ready then your probably not ready now. And your body sure isn't.

I'm sorry so many people are judging you. just ignore them because they have no clue about your situation. i know the depo shot can mess up your cycles. i think you should see a doctor just in case.

im not trying to be mean or anythinh but why are you trying to conceive when you just could of had that child that you aborted. maybe you should of given it more though!!!!
