Even people that are not deaf do not hear their dreams. They do not see their dreams. They do not feel their dreams. They do not taste their dreams. They "think" their dreams.

The short answer is no- if they've been deaf since they were born. To explain, when we dream, we're just imagining sound. It's our brain's way of sorting out what happened during the day. So if a deaf person dreams, they have no way of imagining what sound is even like unless they have GONE deaf since hearing in the past. It would be like asking you to imagine a colour that you've never seen before- not including combinations of other colours. On drugs wouldn't change that either, because they would have no way, even in an altered state, of imagining what these sounds would be like. So yes if they went deaf, no if they were born deaf.

That's a damn good question and you'll probably have to get a response from a deaf person for an accurate answer. However, if I were to guess I would say it depends upon if the person has been deaf since birth or knows what sound is like.

if they were born deaf then no they can't hear them and they do dream about normal things likeone of my best friend is deaf and he dreams of things like horseback riding. I asked him. I also asked one of my other deaf friends who wasn't born deaf and can talk fairly well. He can hear some of the dreams he has not all of them but some of them. Hope that answers the question!

I Sure hope so!

If they were born able to hear I think that it is more likely than if they were born deaf.

What people see and hear in dreams is completely separate from reality. So yes, it is very possible.

If the person once had hearing, then it is VERY possible. If the person was always hearing impaired, then they will probably hear their idea of sound.

It's amazing to me, and I think that it is good for those people who can not hear in real life. At least, in their dreams, they can!

Some of my friends (who are deaf) say that they dream that they can hear, I know that I can hear sounds when I dream.

If they were able to hear at some point in their life, they have the ability to hear in dreams. Though it may not happen very often.
