They mean "isn't it", but for some strange reason, some of the younger ones put it on the end of every sentence. Just another slang term

isn't it? usually people say it like in american english 'ok?' or 'right?'

i always wondered that...i know it's not "isnt it" i was reading a book annd it used it a lot
