I have a semifinal game on saturday and i want to know what to do?how to calm down?

Get up a game with your buddies, or do a bunch of running, or some other intensely physical activity (don't hurt yourself). Eat a good dinner and watch a funny movie before you go to bed. In short, just do something to distract yourself, it always worked for me. You'll get the nerves again, but by then it will be just before game time, and that's a good time to have them.

Don't think about the game until an hour or so before, right before you go out for warm ups , take about three or four DEEP slow breathes and let your shoulders drop. GOOD LUCK......
