I read on spoilerfix.com that someone will have a bun in the oven this season. I thought it would be Callie, but it seems like Izzie would be more interesting.

it will be really interested seen Izzie pregnant of GEORGE'S BABY . maybe THEY CAN BE TOGETHER a long time maybe not but, let's see.

More than likely. But how boring...same old, same old.
I'D like to see Callie and Izzie fighting over George, and George throwing them BOTH over for McSteamy!

It makes sense that she gets married and George is forced to make a decision as Izzie is forced with a decision of her own. This could be her second child.
