Cell phone help.?

I give it my password then press pound. Then it tells me to give my password then press pound again. I have a nokia phone andm y plan is Verizon BTW.

Not sure what your problem is but if you take it to a Verizon retailer they should be able to take care of it for you. If you have insurance they should do it for free.
