I would start with a spelling bee. Start off slow with single syllable words.........weed.....hood ....gun. Go easy on these little gang banger wannabees so you don't scare them off. Next try and toughen things up a bit.......try the words shotgun.....cocaine......marijuana. By now this should have narrowed the field to only a few candidates. These will be your leaders.
Now the final test.....send each member out and have them fill out job applications at McDonalds, Harveys, etc.
The real winners in your gang will be the ones who get JOBS and discover SELF WORTH and the fact that everything in life has a PRICE and NOTHING is FREE. Maybe there are more constructive things to do then starting a gang. Just my opinion. Hope this helps.

Why would you want to be in a gang? It only leads to trouble. You can destroy your life by being in a gang. Get in some clubs or sports or something, man. You're obviously bored and have too much free time. Why not get in a clan in gaming or some club? Or play sports or.....yeah, not a gang.

How about a spelling contest. Whoever in your neighborhood can spell a complete sentence correcty gets to be in your gang. Hence there will be no gang.
