i'm guessing you're talking about the ibt...
go to www.toefl.org and login to your profile - click "scores"...
the ibt results usually come out after around 3 weeks - must be ready and waiting for you...
btw toefl does send a printed scoresheet by surface mail, that takes around 3 wks after the results are out, so expect it soon...
