oh your in for a treat. lol. I am 18, and 31 weeks pregnant. It has been pure hell for me. I envy those who have flawless pregnancys without a single problem. let me list the things ive experienced.
1) morning sickness. But 24/7! cant even keep crackers down. It went away my 2nd trimester, but now its back.
2) cramping. ligaments stretching. Way worse than period cramps. sharp pains in my side. Also went away 2nd trimester though.
3) cervix kicking. The baby thinks its fun to kick my cervix. Its a very sharp pain that takes your breath away, and about makes you collapse. That just started recently.
4) Infections. You are more prone to infections downstairs when your pregnant. Ive had 3 now.
Then there is the baby in your ribs. They burrow up in there and cause a bunch of pressure. NOT fun.
5) No sleep. You just get so uncomfortable, you can sleep. I have trouble, because I was always a stomach sleeper.

But, people keep telling me its worth it. And if Ive tackled all this, im sure I can handle labor. But im still getting an epi! Hope ive helped. you may email me if youd like.

I don't think your problem is related to being pregnant. You say your stomach hurts to the top left side and feels like you have a hole in it. Sounds like you have a stomach ulcer. The baby is growing in your uterus which is located just above your pubic bone , much lower down than your stomach and completely separate. At 2 months the fetus is way to small to be effecting your stomach.

This is all part of being pregnant. As far as the vomiting bit goes and you feel like you want to vomit, it is nausea. I'm pleased to hear that you have seen your Doctor, there are usually lots of changes in your body when you become pregnant, and this can be aches and pains

Get a lot of exercise, eat right and take in a lot of fresh air. Go to church and find some wonderful relationships, surround yourself with wonderful , good people and you will just feel better about everything.

It will go away after a while and you will feel great and then it will come back! It doesn't hurt, it is just uncomfortable at times.

everybodys differant so hopefully it will pass for you. The sick feeling sometimes passes at 16 weeks. Once your body adjusts to the pregnancy i think you will be ok. good luck hun
