I have never ever EVER met anyone who is 17 years old that wanted to date someone that was 9. but it is normal for someone that is 28 to date someone that's 20.
and yes it's illegal.

What would a 17 yr old have in common with a 9 yr old? If its about sex....thats too sick to think about.
