It is my dream to be a disney animator/writer/director like Ron clements and John musker, and I was wondering at the california adventure park in the animation place are you able to meet the animators? R they really animators or just regular disney park workers?

The Animation Studio in California Adventure allows you to experience being a Disney animator, but I don't think it's a place where you can meet the official Disney animators. However, it's a fun place, and is definitely worth checking out, especially if you love animation!
*In the Animation Academy, you get to draw your own Disney cartoons. According to Disney's website, you can meet a Disney artist in the Animation Academy, but I don't know exactly what kind of artist (I've never met one).
*In the Sorceror's Workshop, you can add your voice to clips of Disney movies and take a fun quiz to see which Disney character you are like.
*Turtle Talk With Crush, which is show in which you interact with Crush from Finding Nemo, is also located in the Animation Studio.
