I tried to uninstall Norton Antivirus and it deleted this file. Now I can't run any other antivirus without it, and I can't fully delete Nortons. I just want a free, working antivirus. Any thoughts?

Norton came on the computer, but it didn't come with any CDs, therefore I can only uninstall via the add/remove in control panel. can I download this file anywhere?

best way.. go with avg (it's free)http://www.filehippo.com/download_avg_antivirus/
norton will slow down your pc and it's not that good anyways...norton is hard to remove... chances are you didn't delete it all when you uninstalled (common with norton products) download and run the norton removal tool, reboot to get completely rid of norton and install avg
