I can't wait to see the echo chamber response the left wing loon picks as best answer for this question.

Anyway, to answer your question, as a CONSERVATIVE (do you even have the intellectual capacity to know the difference between that and a neocon?), I have to say that I do not hate Al Gore.

But that doesn't mean I won't call things as I see them, and it doesn't mean that I don't see Al Gore for what he is: A global warming alarmist and a hypocrite who is using this issue for pure political gain.

This Hollywierd liberal lunatic preaches at us about man-made global warming (and I challenge the left wing loonies to come up with a single SHRED of supporting evidence for man-made global warming), while he himself uses twenty times more power than the average American family.

And don't start talking to me about carbon offsets either. That stuff is pure hogwash (to use a Y!A-acceptable term). Buying environmentally friendly records from corporations does NOT mean you're reducing carbon emissions. All it does is give an excuse to continue to pollute and preach about a non-existent issue.

All this is SEPERATE from the fact that even if Mr. Gore's "offsets" excused his excess of energy use, it would not matter, since he is not spending any of his own money to reduce his pollution. In fact, all that money does is make a full circuit right into his pocket, since he helped to found and is part owner of the company from which he buys the offets.

Is that reason enough for me to call Al Gore for what he is? That is... A hypocrite? A liar? I didn't even mention his private jet usage.

CNN (Clinton/Communist News Network) is biased. Anything to do with Conservatives and/or Republicans is going to either get ignored or grossly misreported. If you don't believe me then do the research. It's out there. Having said that, we don't hate Al Gore (or as someone put it All Girth hehe) . We just wish he would tell the truth and lead by example. He wants to save the environment. Hey I'm for it. I don't litter, I conserve water etc etc. I just don't want Gore to shove his views down my throat and quit being a hypocrite. That's all.

Nobody HATES Al Gore. I just sometimes think that he is a little over the top in some of his rhetoric. As for me its not just him. Personally I cant stand eny of the politicians on any side of the isle.

They hate him because the corporate conservative media echo chamber told them to hate him. And, they fear everything including change. They are even afraid of admitting to global warming occuring let alone because of human activity because that in itself means the planet is changing. And, that would mean they would have to change their behaviour too. They aren't to future oriented. If they were smart, they would actually see opportunity in this situation for better health, better air quality, more efficient energy consumption and a new source to make our economy better. But you can only lead a dog to water but you can't make them think or drink.

BTW, there is no left wing echo chamber because there is no left wing in the mainstream media. Any right winger who uses that term to refer to anything left wing, doesn't understand the term.

Very simple. For years they followed Bush's lead in making fun of global warming. Now they realize that Bush--and they--were wrong--and that people who understood the science were laughing at them al these years. They know that--even if they won't admit it.

But Gore is the most recognizable spokesman for the environmental issues at the moment. He is respected by the entire world for his work. The very same man that Bush stole the presidency from.

Gore reminds them of what they really are every time they see him on TV. Of course they hate him.

Because he's trying to brainwash my puny mind into believing that we're all going to fry.

Heh. I don't mean to belittle his stance, but I would appreciate a bit or statistic instead of talking about all the statistics he has locked away in a storehouse somewhere.
I believe he's an intelligent man, but perhaps he should try a different method than the band wagon to get us to sacrifice our high standards of living.

This conservative doesn't like Al Gore, the bore because he is a hypocrite........

THE EARTH's GOTA FEVA!... AND THE PRESCRIPTION IS LESS AL GORE!.......

And why do you liberal Neo-Marxists like him?

Al Gore is a perfect hypocrite and inventor of man made global warming. This hypocrite spends $1,200 per month on his 10,000 square foot home with twenty rooms and eight bathrooms while he asks you and to live "green" lifestyles. He goes through hundreds of gallons of fossil fuels with cars, toys, houses, planes, you name it. He doesn't even try to cut down even a little bit........ What a hypocrite!

I think Al Gore's mouth and utility bills are a main cause of green house emissions

I don't think they probably do. I know conservatives don't hate him.

We believe in freedom of religion and if anything has ever been a religion it's mankind caused global warming.

Because he speaks the truth about them and they (being self-righteous) don't want to hear it.
