I have a decent body shape, but I more-often-than-not feel like I've got a bulging belly full of water or gas. I'll even hear the fluids shaking around in there when I "wiggle" (lol).
What am I doing wrong? I definately eat healthy, and I try to drink enough water. I don't think I'm drinking too much water, but it might be possible.

you should watch your salt intake..also how much you drink and when you drink...dont drink a lot with your food or just after your food .Are you passing a lot of gas and have abdominal pain? maybe you have irritable bowel syndrome. You should see a Dr. Are your ankles swollen..eyelids puffy? do you pee alot or not enough? these are all things to consider

Try drinking fluids only when you are thirsty. Then see if you still have that full feeling; because, you really don't need eight glasses of water a day as a lot of your required fluids come from the foods you eat, especially if you eat fruits and vegetables regularly. I had the same problem and it worked for me.

Some women just carry that extra water around. There is a thing called a water shed it is a supplement that you can buy at www.muscleinfusion.com I think and if it isn't there you can try another supplement store. What this supplement mainly does is just sheds water. The only downside to this is it makes you need to use the restroom more often but a girls got to do what a girls go to do right?

you're eating too much salt. especially around the time you get your period, your body retains a lot of water, so try to cut back on your intake of salty foods. drinking water will help flush out the extra salt, so make surey ou keep drinking your water. you probably feel like you're wiggling because you're exercising too close to when you drink water. that happens to everyone...
