o wow that sounds very very cool. they are a very advanced city. are you going to the islands??? i am fascinated with the man made islands. absolutely amazing. have fun! i bet you can get wi-fi everywhere there.

The answers are all decent regarding access to the internet. To answer any other questions I've come across a very informative blog that gives even more information about what to do in Davao and has many hotel ratings from Dubai. I hope you visit the blog. I think it's informative and even details some local laws that can be unusual for Westerners especially.

Just got backfrom Dubai - lots of hotels have wi-fi. They all seem to have business centers. Also, many internet cafe's around the City... that said, Dubai can be pricey, so shop around.

If your staying at a hotel then it would have a business center or there are many Internet cafes in Dubai.

Internet is NOT a problem in Dubai. Internet Cafes are everywhere. You can also access wireless in some coffeeshops and hotels
