My fiance and I live in Cali. * Northern* and it's waaay too expensive for us to raise a family here. We want to move to a nice area that's clean and affordable. I want to stay away from Southern states.
We tried AZ, but people were VERY racist there. And for people who say ignore racism, no offense, but you've probably never experienced it first hand. When it affects your ability to find a job, go shopping, etc; it's a huge problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?? We've thought about Canada?
any other ideas???
Thanks

South FLa.....It's mad expensive, but probly less than NoCal....the real estate mostly leveled off there since the real estate bubble popped and people become wimps with hurricanes after Katrina -but in Broward/Dade county they got a lot of different races so it's not white-washed like other Southern states.....plus, us Yankees took over

minnesota is good. twin cities in a suburb. cuz i myself probably wouldnt raise a family in minneapolis, or st paul. hmmm..... i mean anywhere u go your gonna have a lil racism. but if u want inexpensive living and a good community for your children. the midwest is a great place. but good luck in whatever u choose

If you are going to move to a foreign country, try Denmark. When I was there a while back, I noticed several interracial couples. They seemed to have no problems, and attracted no untoward attention.
