I'm running XP Pro in virtualization software from inside Linux (PCLinuxOS). Windows is locked in a padded cell where it can be used but cannot cause any trouble.

I made this vid to demonstrate it:

(I sorted out the sound and USB problem soon after this vid was made)

It's quite easy to set up - you don't need to be a guru. Surf over to http://www.pclinuxos.com and start living a virus-free life :)

Now you see why Linux is so cool - and costs nothing. Try making Vista Aero doing a spinning cube lol...

You Might Have To Reformat Your Drive And Partition Your Drive Space Into Two, But Loosing All Your Information. Getting A Second Hard Drive And Installing XP There Might Be Much Easier Option.
Below Is A Link For A Program That Will Allow You To Do Parition.

It's impossible. And due to limitations once you've upgraded to Vista you cannot get back the previous operating system. Dual systems is not possible.

Hi, you have two options:
1. simply install another system. when it's done, you'd be given the option to select one to boot into at startup
2. install virtual pc software in which u can run multiple operating systems at the same time on the same physical computer. one example is virtual pc 2007:

Yes, change the BIOS to boot from the hard drive that you want to use. I do it all of the time as I am trying to learn Linux and have it on my second hard drive.

You will need to create multiple partitions on the drive.
