What the *bleep* is this?Duralast gold brakes were put on brand new ,rotors good,was hearing a train(how a train would sound when stopping-without the squeek)sound while breaking???

What "Clamp" fell off?

Your not explaining yourself very good. Did a clamp fall off or are you just quessing? If your just got a new set of brakes installed and they are making a grinding noise, it maybe that the installer didn't put the membrane on to stop the vibration. If they are the newer shoes made without asbestos, this noise should go away soon. But I would mention it to the installer.

You should have had the rotors turned. The surface of the rotors have hardened that's what is causing the noise.

you dont mean clamps are you talking about your retainers to keep the brakes together.

some of the metallic brake pads will squeel.maybe they gave you the wrong pads.maybe your car takes semi-metalic pads.
