I don't know what a fetus would dream about..... touch/feelings, sounds, stuff like that. She wouldn't dream in words, of course, and she hasn't SEEN anything yet, so it wouldn't be in pictures either, and she has absolutely no inclination of anything which makes up the world outside the womb... so the dreams would be much different than ours.
