It's a fuel flow problem in the carbarator. Ask a mechanic to check it for you.

Or you are using the wrong oil?

Try cleaning out your throttle body. The flap in there has to have a 10 percent air gap in order for the engine to idle, and as carbon builds up, the gap closes. You can clean it out with a toothbrush and some B-12 carb cleaner, after that you may want to change your plugs, b/c it can foul them. Is it distributorless ignition? It should be if it's a 93, sometimes the coil pack, or whatever chevy calls it, goes bad also causing problems along those lines. Hope it helps.

i own a repair shop ,and why don't you take this and let a good mechanic look it over for you ,it sounds like you have been replacing parts just because people say that may be what it is,this is going to get real expensive after a while and one day you,ll look at it,and you,ll have a small fortune in it ,and it still wont be right,at least get a hands on opinion of it,that would beat what your doing, good luck i hope this helps.
