Yes, sue the living s**t outta them.

Call your local bar association for referrals to a good lawyer.

I wouldn't settle for less than 1M.

Yea pretty much, most all places esp bars have to carry types of insurance for this kinda stuff. A businesses responsibility is to provide you with a degree of safety while you are a patron in their establishment. Contact a lawyer and get the full level of details of what your eligible for against the bowling alley which would be first since they have deeper pockets but then if they the people who assulted you own property, have assets or they will garnish wages for a settlement to further compensate you not to mention their jail time.

What you should concentrate on is that the police capture these guys and get what they deserve.
