I've been nervous because I've been getting random cramps on my left side, but mainly on my right. Occasionally I get it in the center and on my left. This has been going on for a week at least.

Are these implantation pains, and how long do they generally last? My period is due about April 1st, give or take a day. The only reason I'm particularly worried is because I had sex during ovulation. We used a condom, however.

Condoms are not 100% foolproof. Ask your doctor about the pains, as they could be a number of things.
