The large wheel turns 53.4 inches in one turn of the wheel. The small wheel turns 47.2 inches in one turn.
When the small wheel completes one revolution, the larger wheel turns (47.2/53.4)*100% = 88.3%
The odometer will turn 12.7% less. Therefore the odometer will register only 88,300 miles.

For every inch in hight on tire size the speedometer will be faster by 5 MPH. So the speedometer would be faster by 10 MPH. A meter is 39.37 inches X 100,000 =3,930,000 inches. Say your driving 60 by the speedometer, your doing 70. This does not change how many miles you drive, it only makes the speedometer read faster and run the miles up faster because your going faster.
