Looking for tv subscription online...?

Question

I cannot wait until I can subscribe to cable television online, no reception or service to me now and this seems to be coming, hopefully soon. I want to be prepared, anybody with any information on a subscription internet tv service, or the possibilities and what to look for and when, thanks!!!

I love DirecTV.... it is SO much more reliable than the cable I had was. I'll never ever have cable again. NEVER!!
Then I upgrated to TiVo... how in the world did I ever manage without it before?
