Pregnancy tests can be taken earlier now, based on date of conception - do you know when is likely? If not, I would wait till your period is late, you might get a false negative, and it would be a waste of money. You also might want to see a doctor - it could be appendicitis or something equally nasty that is causing the sensitivity.

You would have to buy an early pregnancy test at this point, one that test up to 5 days before your missed period. Make sure you use your first morning urine since this has the highest levels of hcg the pregnancy hormone.
If it is neg and you don't get your period in 5 days take another test a few days after your missed period.
Hcg increases everyday after you are pregnant so the longer you wait the better the results, but it depends on every woman. I tested positive the day after I missed my period.
Good luck to you.

Just say your date of conception (ie when you were fertilised with your mans sperm) was only a week ago most likely the urine test wont work doctors will even tell you wait till after two weeks, after the two weeks go to the doctor and get a HCG blood test, they are more accurate then urine tests, I had three failed urine tests at 5 weeks pregnant I dont trust them
A sensitive stomache really isnt a symptom.. I dont have a sensative stomache and im 4 months lol

You can now, but it might not be as accurate. Wait out the 5 days, or do one now and another in a week if it's negative and your period doesn't start.
