Ive a business idea:
to walk up and down busy city centre main streets in the UK selling warm pies out of somekind of body-attached cool box at around 2-4am (when people come out of pubs/bars/clubs)...

would i need to purchase any kind of permit?
would i get in trouble if i just went out and sold them without any permit?
would you buy a warm pie for a good price after a night out?
... if so what maximum price would you pay?

Thanks...

You'll need a hawkers license, and you'll probably need additional certification to prove you are "warming your pies" in sanitary conditions! Ask your local council...

And I think I will have another one of those "hot crunchy pies"...

You need a peddlers or hawkers licence.
Also you will have to declare the VAT for hot foods.
