When people talk about FOB's here they mean "Fresh Off the Boat."

A"FOB" is a foreigner (from any country) that just recently arrived to the United States. People make fun of them cause of their accents and style of clothes.

it means free on board, but I belelive it only refers to freight being shipped on a boat. Freight shipped via air or rail should be FCA or Exworks.
