Is Odysseus in The Odyssey diffent from Odysseus is The Iliad?

For his character, not what he does. Like how he responds to situations and stuff like that.

No, it's the same person. The thing is Odysseus had to fight in a war (which is the Illiad) and then decided to explore a little (which is the Odyssey). It's like a two-part series exact same people.
